本ポジションでは、日本市場のCRMをリードするだけでなく、APAC全体のCRM戦略にも影響を与え、グローバルチームと協力しながら新たな顧客体験を創り上げていただきます。

What You'll Do

CRM Strategy & Planning

  • 日本市場およびAPAC地域におけるCRM戦略の策定・推進
  • 顧客ライフサイクル全体を通じたCRMプログラムの設計
  • 会員エンゲージメント向上施策の企画・実行
  • CRM KPIの設定、管理、改善
  • 顧客インサイトを活用したマーケティング戦略の立案

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Brazeを活用したCRMキャンペーンの企画・運用
  • 顧客セグメンテーション戦略の構築
  • Email、LINE、WhatsApp等のマルチチャネル施策運営
  • A/Bテスト、多変量テストの実施
  • ROI分析および施策改善

CRM Technology & Innovation

  • CRM基盤およびデータ活用環境の最適化
  • マーケティングオートメーション推進
  • AIを活用したCRM高度化
  • 新規チャネル・新規機能導入のリード
  • グローバルCRMチームとの連携

Analytics & Reporting

  • CRM施策のパフォーマンス分析
  • 経営層向けレポート作成

What We're Looking For

Required

  • CRM領域での実務経験（5年以上）
  • CRM Managerまたは同等レベルでのマネジメント経験
  • Brazeの実務利用経験
  • Emailマーケティングの豊富な経験
  • CRM戦略立案から実行までリードした経験
  • データ分析およびレポーティング経験
  • クロスファンクショナルなプロジェクト推進経験
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル
  • 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（グローバル会議・資料作成・プレゼンテーション対応可能なレベル）

Preferred

  • LINE CRM施策の経験
  • WhatsAppマーケティング経験
  • CDP・MAツール導入経験
  • グローバル企業での勤務経験
  • AI・MarTech活用経験
  • ラグジュアリー、トラベル、ホスピタリティ業界経験

Working Arrangement

Location Tokyo Office (Hybrid)

Working Hours Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm

※ 月に1〜2回程度、APAC・UKチームとの会議のため夜間ミーティングが発生する場合があります。
