Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional assistance within the customer support services sector.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • Fluency in English is required for internal communication and training purposes.
  • Previous experience in the customer support services industry is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling Croatian-speaking jobs with professionalism.
  • EU citizenship or legal authorization to work in Bulgaria.
