Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present a unique opportunity for Croatian Speaking Customer Service professionals looking to relocate to Greece! This role offers fully paid relocation support, enabling you to start a new chapter in an exciting environment while providing outstanding customer service for a renowned company.

Responsibilities

  • Offer exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about product updates and service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering the best customer experience.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
