  • Assist with procurement of materials, equipment and site requirements.
  • Maintain personnel timesheets and relevant site records.
  • Support the site management team with day-to-day coordination and administration.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues on site.
  • Develop an understanding of the coordination of different trades and construction activities.
  • Work closely with supervisors, engineers, project managers and subcontractors.
  • Take on increasing levels of responsibility as experience and capability develop.
  • Work towards assuming greater supervisory responsibility within the project team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a skilled construction/site operative.
  • Valid Telehandler Ticket and good practical experience operating telehandlers on busy construction projects.
  • Good understanding of general construction site activities.
  • Strong awareness of health, safety and quality requirements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a wider project team.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good computer skills and confidence using standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Practical and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently when required.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Strong interest in progressing towards a career in site supervision and construction management.

Benefits

  • Work with a market leader in the Data centre Construction industry
  • Be part of a forward-thinking team delivering critical infrastructure in a high-growth sector
  • Long-term career progression opportunities and professional development support.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
