La struttura, una dimora d'epoca di straordinaria eleganza immersa in un parco secolare sulle rive

dell'Arno, è sinonimo di eccellenza, privacy e accoglienza su misura per una clientela internazionale

d'élite.

Il Ruolo e le Opportunità:

La risorsa opererà con un ampio livello di autonomia nella gestione del servizio mensa azienda in

collaborazione con un addetto mensa che all’occorrenza supporta il Cuoco nella preparazione della

linea. Il servizio prevede la preparazione dei pasti per una media di circa 80-90 coperti giornalieri

destinati allo staff dell'hotel, inserendosi all'interno di una brigata di cucina complessiva di circa 20

professionisti a riporto diretto dello Chef.

Le Mansioni Principali:

• Gestione della Ristorazione Aziendale: Pianificare ed eseguire la preparazione dei pasti

(pranzo e cena) destinati allo staff e ai collaboratori della struttura.

• Elaborazione Menù: Creare menù giornalieri e settimanali semplici, bilanciati e di qualità,

garantendo varietà e gradimento da parte del team.

• Gestione Approvvigionamenti: Monitorare le scorte, l'organizzazione e la conservazione delle

materie prime necessarie al servizio, ottimizzando i consumi ed evitando sprechi.

• Standard Igienico-Sanitari: Garantire il rigoroso rispetto delle normative HACCP, della

pulizia degli spazi di lavoro e degli standard qualitativi aziendali.

• Coordinamento Interno: Guidare e supportare l'Aiuto Cuoco nelle attività quotidiane di

preparazione e linea.

Requisiti:

Esperienza: Pregressa esperienza nella mansione di Cuoco Mensa o Demi Chef / Commis di

cucina in contesti ristorativi o alberghieri strutturati.

• Autonomia e Organizzazione: Capacità di gestire in autonomia i volumi di lavoro (media di

80-90 pasti a servizio) rispettando i tempi della struttura.

• Conoscenze Tecniche: Solida conoscenza delle normative igienico-sanitarie (HACCP) e delle

tecniche di preparazione e conservazione delle materie prime.

• Competenze e Soft Skills: Flessibilità, spirito di collaborazione, attitudine al lavoro di

squadra e capacità di pianificazione.

Si offrono:

• Contratto: Inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto stagionale (con concreta volontà

aziendale di valorizzazione e continuità lavorativa nelle stagioni successive).

• Orari: Full-time di 40 ore settimanali, strutturato su 5 giorni su 7 (disponibilità a turni unici

o spezzati nelle fasce orarie di pranzo e cena).

• Retribuzione: Parametrata su una RAL base (14 mensilità) di circa € 29.400 (pari a circa €

2.100 lordi/mese base). I ratei di 13ª e 14ª mensilità vengono liquidati mensilmente in busta

paga . TFR liquidato a fine rapporto.

• Alloggio Aziendale: Possibilità di alloggio in staff house (camera condivisa max 2 persone)

garantito a fronte di un contributo simbolico di € 1,00 al giorno.

• Ulteriori Benefit: Mensa aziendale, divisa e lavaggio inclusi.

Sede di lavoro: Firenze (zona Bagno a Ripoli).

Disponibilità: Da subito sino a metà o fine Novembre 2026
