Από το 2015 έχουμε καθιερωθεί ως ένας από τους κορυφαίους παίκτες του κλάδου, με παρουσία σε Ελλάδα, Πολωνία και Ρουμανία, έχοντας διακριθεί επανειλημμένα από τους Financial Times ως μία από τις ταχύτερα αναπτυσσόμενες εταιρείες της Ευρώπης.

Αυτή τη στιγμή αναζητούμε Customer Care Agent για να ενισχύσει την ομάδα του Customer Care στη Νέα Ιωνία.

Για εμάς, το Customer Care δεν είναι απλώς ένα τηλεφωνικό κέντρο. Είναι η ομάδα που εκπροσωπεί τη Spotawheel σε κάθε επαφή με τον πελάτη και συμβάλλει καθοριστικά στη συνολική εμπειρία του.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση κλήσεων και παροχή άμεσης, ποιοτικής και πελατοκεντρικής εξυπηρέτησης.
  • Καταγραφή, παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση αιτημάτων μέσω των εσωτερικών συστημάτων της εταιρείας.
  • Συνεργασία με διαφορετικά τμήματα για την αποτελεσματική επίλυση ζητημάτων και την
  • άμεση εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών.
  • Παροχή έγκυρης ενημέρωσης και καθοδήγησης στους πελάτες σε κάθε στάδιο της εμπειρίας τους με τη Spotawheel.
  • Ενεργή συμβολή στη διατήρηση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης και στην ενίσχυση της συνολικής εμπειρίας του πελάτη.

Requirements

  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση.
  • Άνεση στη χρήση Η/Υ και εφαρμογών Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, συνέπεια και υπευθυνότητα.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε Customer Service ή Call Center θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Εμπειρία στον χώρο του αυτοκινήτου ή του leasing θα εκτιμηθεί.
