The posting

En tant que Customer Experience Specialist, vous répondez aux appels téléphoniques, aux e-mails et aux messages instantanés et êtes le premier point de contact pour les clients ainsi que pour les salons partenaires de Treatwell. Vous êtes un expert de tout ce qui concerne Treatwell et savez apporter une assistance fiable sur un large éventail de sujets, qu'il s'agisse de l'utilisation de notre logiciel destiné aux salons ou de la gestion d'une expérience client décevante.

Vous travaillez efficacement, êtes capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et conservez toujours une attitude positive ainsi qu'un service attentionné à chaque interaction. Vous reportez au responsable de la région Suisse Romande et évoluez dans un environnement international, avec la possibilité de travailler 40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi.

Vous aurez également l'occasion de collaborer avec les équipes dédiées aux régions France, DACH,et BNL. Nous veillerons bien entendu à vous offrir un onboarding de qualité.

Requirements

  • Fournir un excellent service client à chaque interaction.
  • Utiliser des outils tels que Salesforce et Slack pour assurer le suivi des informations et communiquer efficacement avec votre équipe.
  • Résoudre les problèmes et faciliter des échanges constructifs entre nos clients et nos partenaires.
  • Gérer avec assurance et aisance un volume important de demandes clients.
  • En plus de fournir une assistance, vous aurez également l'occasion de développer vos compétences commerciales en conseillant nos salons partenaires et en les aidant à développer leur activité.

  • Vous disposez d'excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en français et en anglais.
  • La maîtrise d'autres langues (allemand) ) constitue un atout.
  • Vous avez le souci du détail sans perdre de vue l'efficacité.
  • Vous êtes organisé, planifiez efficacement votre journée et atteignez vos objectifs et indicateurs de performance.
  • Vous êtes disponible avec flexibilité du lundi au vendredi.
  • Vous avez une attitude positive et faites preuve d'initiative et de sens des responsabilités dans votre travail.
