Deine Aufgaben: Vielfalt statt Monotonie

Je nachdem, wo deine Stärken liegen (Technik-Ass, Empathie-Wunder oder Verkaufstalent), unterstützt du uns in einem unserer spezialisierten Teams:

  • Der Problemlöser (Customer Support & Tech): Du hilfst Kunden bei Fragen zu Highspeed-Glasfaser, Tarifen oder Rechnungen. „Mein WLAN geht nicht“ bringt dich nicht aus der Ruhe – du bleibst cool, analysierst den Fehler und machst den Kunden glücklich.
  • Der Beziehungsretter (Retention & Sales): Ein Kunde überlegt, zu kündigen? Dein Auftritt! Mit Charme, Empathie und den besten Angeboten im Gepäck überzeugst du ihn davon, zu bleiben. Auch das Cross-Selling von coolen Zusatzdiensten (wie TV-Optionen oder Mobile Security) macht dir Spaß.
  • Kanäle: Du kommunizierst via Inbound-Anrufen, E-Mail und Chat – ca. 40 Kontakte pro Tag außerhalb der Stoßzeiten.

Requirements

  • Sprachgenie: Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau (C1/C2). Da dein Training und die interne Kommunikation international sind, ist gutes Englisch (B2) für dich kein Problem.
  • Erfahrung & Talent: Du hast idealerweise schon Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Vertrieb (besonders für unsere Sales-/Retention-Teams ist Sales-Erfahrung ein großes Plus).
  • Tech-Affinität: Du weißt, was ein PIN/PUK ist, und findest dich auf dem PC und dem Smartphone schnell zurecht.
  • Mindset: Du bist kommunikationsstark, lösungsorientiert und hast Spaß am aktiven Anbieten von passenden Produkten und Vertragsverlängerungen.
