* Monitor outstanding inquiries and follow up as appropriate to help ensure requests receive timely attention.

* Address routine customer concerns respectfully and refer complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or team member.

* Provide administrative assistance with correspondence, document organization, data entry, and other office support activities.

* Communicate relevant customer information clearly and professionally to colleagues to support effective service delivery.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach to answering questions, understanding customer needs, and providing appropriate assistance.

* Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries, prioritize responsibilities, and complete assigned tasks within established timelines.

* Basic to intermediate proficiency with computers, email, word-processing applications, spreadsheets, calendars, and other standard office tools.

* Ability to maintain accurate customer records, document interactions, and follow established procedures for handling inquiries and requests.

* Professional telephone and email etiquette, including the ability to communicate information accurately and maintain a courteous tone when addressing concerns.
