The posting

As a Level I Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our client's French-speaking customers. On an inbound line, you'll answer incoming calls, respond to questions, and resolve requests while identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that fit each customer's needs. This is an inbound role with a commercial dimension, currently supporting a banking and insurance project based in Guimarães. You'll work entirely on-site as part of a team, with paid training provided when you join so you're fully prepared to succeed from day one. No prior experience is required — what matters most is excellent spoken French, a customer-first attitude, and a genuine interest in helping people over the phone.

En tant que Chargé(e) de clientèle niveau I, vous serez le premier point de contact des clients francophones de notre client. Sur une ligne entrante (inbound), vous prendrez en charge les appels, répondrez aux questions et traiterez les demandes, tout en identifiant les opportunités de proposer les produits et services adaptés aux besoins de chaque client. Il s'agit d'un poste en réception d'appels avec une dimension commerciale, actuellement rattaché à un projet banque/assurances basé à Guimarães. Le travail s'effectue entièrement sur site, au sein d'une équipe, avec une formation rémunérée prévue dès votre intégration afin que vous soyez pleinement opérationnel(le) dès le départ. Aucune expérience préalable n'est exigée : ce qui compte avant tout, c'est un excellent niveau de français à l'oral, le sens du client et une réelle envie d'aider les personnes au téléphone.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native French (C2), spoken and written — essential, as you'll speak with French customers on the phone every day.
  • Confident, clear and professional phone manner.
  • Strong communication and active-listening skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Interest in or aptitude for sales, as the role includes a commercial component (inbound).
  • Available to work on-site in Guimarães, Monday to Saturday within the scheduled hours.
  • All documents required to begin working in Portugal ready and in order, so you can start quickly.
  • No prior experience required — paid training is provided.
  • Français natif ou de niveau quasi natif (C2), à l'oral comme à l'écrit — indispensable, car vous échangerez chaque jour au téléphone avec des clients français.
  • Aisance téléphonique, élocution claire et professionnelle.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et d'écoute active, avec un véritable sens du client.
  • Intérêt ou aptitude pour la vente, le poste comportant une dimension commerciale (inbound).
  • Disponibilité pour travailler sur site à Guimarães, du lundi au samedi selon les horaires prévus.
  • Tous les documents nécessaires pour travailler au Portugal prêts et en règle, afin de pouvoir débuter rapidement.
  • Aucune expérience préalable exigée — une formation rémunérée est assurée.

Benefits

  • Base salary: €953 gross per month.
  • Performance bonus: up to €100 gross, rising to up to €500 gross depending on the project (for projects with a sales component). For back-office-only or non-sales projects, the bonus is capped at €100.
  • Attendance bonus: €25 gross.
  • 13th and 14th month salary: €158.
  • Meal allowance: €6 net per day (approximately €126 net for 21 working days).
  • Paid training provided upon onboarding.
  • 40-hour working week (8 hours per day), with 2 days off per week: Sunday (fixed) plus one other day.
  • Stable, on-site role in Guimarães as part of a supportive team.
  • Salaire de base : 953 € brut par mois.
  • Prime d'objectif : jusqu'à 100 € brut, pouvant évoluer jusqu'à 500 € brut selon les projets (pour les projets avec du commercial). Pour les projets en back-office uniquement ou sans commercial, la prime est plafonnée à 100 €.
  • Prime d'assiduité : 25 € brut.
  • 13ᵉ et 14ᵉ mois : 158 €.
  • Panier repas : 6 € net par jour (environ 126 € net pour 21 jours travaillés).
  • Formation rémunérée prévue dès l'intégration.
  • Semaine de travail de 40 heures (8 heures par jour), avec 2 jours de repos par semaine : dimanche fixe + un autre jour.
  • Poste stable, sur site à Guimarães, au sein d'une équipe bienveillante.
