Join OneTouch Direct as a Call Center Sales and Customer Support Agent in San Antonio, TX supporting T-Mobile and be part of a dedicated team delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth! Since 1998, we've partnered with Fortune 500 companies to provide outstanding contact center solutions. If you have a passion for sales and connecting with customers, this is the role for you.

In this sales position, you will:

  • Take inbound and make outbound calls, and chat inqurires to potential and existing customers promoting products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to boost sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking during calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
