Type de collaboration : Collaboration freelance avec statut indépendant (ou volonté de le créer).

Responsabilités

  • Gestion et développement d’un portefeuille clients
  • Accompagnement des clients dans l’utilisation de la plateforme et onboarding initial
  • Formation, suivi et monitoring de l’adoption du produit
  • Amélioration de la rétention, de l’engagement et du customer lifetime value
  • Gestion des demandes, feedbacks et activités de support
  • Mise à jour du CRM, reporting et coordination avec les équipes Sales
  • Contribution à l’amélioration continue des process et de la customer experience

Le profil recherché

Nous recherchons une personne organisée, communicative et fortement orientée client, capable de créer des relations de confiance et de gérer un portefeuille clients en autonomie.

Un bon performer dans ce rôle est généralement capable de :

  • Réaliser au minimum 5 appels par jour de plus de 5 minutes
  • Maintenir un fort niveau d’engagement des clients
  • Contribuer activement à la rétention des clients et du chiffre d’affaires
  • Identifier des opportunités de croissance et de fidélisation au sein du portefeuille géré

Requirements

  • Expérience en Customer Success ou Account Management
  • Forte orientation client
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et relationnelles
  • Maîtrise des CRM et outils digitaux
  • Une expérience dans l’immobilier est un plus
