✅ Tes missions

Au sein de l’équipe Customer Experience, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Accompagner et assister nos clients dans la résolution de leurs demandes, tout en garantissant une expérience utilisateur optimale
  • Identifier, remonter et centraliser les problématiques clients afin de contribuer à l’amélioration continue de nos produits et services
  • Participer activement à l’excellence de l’expérience client et à la satisfaction de nos utilisateurs
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les problématiques complexes et améliorer nos process
  • Churn Retention
  • Usage Pro-active regular check-up
  • Trainings + Saas optimisation (Pushing features usage)
  • Billing request handling
  • Marketplace performance
  • Marketplace profiles optimization
  • Support in marketing campaigns (UGC Campaigns)
