Benefits-Plaza is een cloud-integratieplatform binnen Keylane, actief op het snijvlak van (pensioen)verzekeringen en IT. Het platform wordt gebruikt door intermediairs, verzekeraars en werkgevers om employee data te beheren voor employee benefits regelingen.

Key about your role

Als IT & Customer Success Specialist bij Benefits-Plaza ben je een essentiële schakel binnen ons Delivery-team. Je richt salariskoppelingen in, sluit werkgevers en tussenpersonen aan op ons platform en beantwoordt klantvragen op een professionele en klantvriendelijke manier. Je implementeert nieuwe werkgevers en zorgt voor het succesvol inrichten van pensioen- en inkomensregelingen. Daarbij neem jij het eigenaarschap over de "initial set-up", bewaak je tijdslijnen en manage je de verwachtingen richting de klant. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt werkvoorraadbeheer, waarbij kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid altijd centraal staan.

Requirements

Uiteraard is het fijn als je alle onderstaande punten af kunt vinken. Mis je er een paar? Laat dit je niet tegenhouden om te solliciteren. Uiteindelijk is veel aan te leren en zijn motivatie, gretigheid, persoonlijkheid en leergierigheid vaak het belangrijkst.

  • Bachelor (HBO) werk- en/of denkniveau;
  • Je bent vloeiend in de Nederlandse en bij voorkeur ook de Engelse taal;
  • Je bent secuur in administratieve handelingen, maar niet bang om te telefoon op te pakken als dat nodig is;
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk én klantgericht;
  • Je weet je weg te vinden in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Het is een voordeel als je bekend bent met Payroll & HR Software, maar dit is geen vereiste;
  • Het is een voordeel als je IT-kennis hebt, maar dit is geen vereiste;
  • Het is een voordeel als je kennis van pensioenen hebt, maar dit is geen vereiste;
  • Ervaring met AI is een pré;

*Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) en referentiecheck maken deel uit van de sollicitatieprocedure.

*Iedere medewerker van Keylane is verplicht een training over informatiebeveiliging te volgen. Daarnaast gelden voor alle medewerkers, ongeacht hun functie, de basisverantwoordelijkheden op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging

  • Bij aanvang een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.200 en € 4.400 op basis van 40 uur;

  • Flexibiliteit in je werkomgeving: hybride werken met een gratis lunch op kantoor en een thuiswerkvergoeding (€4 netto per dag + €35 netto per maand voor internet);
  • De mogelijkheid om tot 2 maanden per jaar op afstand vanuit het buitenland te werken;
  • De mogelijkheid om een fiets te leasen via ons fietsleaseprogramma;
  • Een jaarcontract dat bij goed functioneren wordt omgezet in een vast contract;
  • De mogelijkheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen in onze eigen Academy door middel van cursussen en trainingen, zowel inhoudelijk als op persoonlijk vlak;
