Sobre el equipo de Customer Success

Somos quienes acompañamos a nuestros usuarios en cada paso y por diversos canales.

Escuchamos, entendemos y resolvemos con empatía, ofreciendo una atención cercana, eficiente y personalizada. Participamos en campañas de adquisición y retención de usuarios en caso de corresponder. Medimos lo que hacemos y buscamos siempre mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios.

¿Qué desafíos vas a tener?

  • Brindar una atención de excelencia a usuarios actuales y potenciales.
  • Gestionar conversaciones en múltiples canales (chat, email, redes sociales, etc.).
  • Detectar necesidades, resolver consultas y reclamos con autonomía.
  • Hacer seguimiento de conversaciones e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Cumplir objetivos mensuales de performance y satisfacción del usuario.
  • Colaborar con otras áreas para mejorar procesos y la experiencia de usuario.
  • Vender las funcionalidades y explicar la propuesta de valor.
  • Ser owner de las capacitaciones y webinars, participando en el armado y presentación como referente del producto.
  • Incorporar herramientas de IA a tu día a día para responder con más rapidez y calidad, y ayudarnos a mejorar nuestros procesos.

Requirements

Buscamos a alguien con...

  • Secundario completo.
  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en roles similares (preferentemente en tech o e-commerce).
  • Excelente redacción y ortografía.
  • Orientación al cliente y habilidades de comunicación.
  • Capacidad de análisis, resolución de conflictos y trabajo en equipo.
  • Buenas relaciones interpersonales.
  • Experiencia con herramientas CRM (idealmente Intercom).
  • Conocimiento y uso de herramientas de IA (como ChatGPT, Claude o Gemini) en el trabajo diario, con criterio para validar sus respuestas y curiosidad por seguir aprendiendo.
  • Proactividad, autonomía y enfoque en resultados.
