  • Maintain strong working relationships with relevant government authorities, particularly in Yanbu.
  • Coordinate with the Transport General Authority (TGA) and Traffic Department regarding transportation permits, movement approvals, and escort requirements when applicable.

  • Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and applicable import procedures.
  • Resolve customs and government-related issues efficiently and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of government transactions, customs documentation, and shipment status.
  • Provide regular updates to the Project Management Leader regarding clearance progress and any potential delays.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Government Relations, Customs Clearance, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Import & Export.

  • Experience handling imported shipments, preferably from China.
  • Experience dealing with different types of cargo, including chemicals, aluminum, equipment, or similar goods.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
