About us

At Datacom, we combine technology, expertise, and talented people to help organisations thrive in a rapidly changing world. As one of Australasia's leading technology providers, we work with customers across industries to solve real-world problems and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Whether we're supporting governments, enterprise organisations, or growing businesses, we're committed to creating meaningful outcomes for our customers, communities, and each other.

About the role

Datacom's Australian Cybersecurity Consulting team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant with strong CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager expertise to join us permanently.

You'll work with enterprise clients to design, implement, and improve CyberArk EPM solutions that reduce endpoint privilege risk, strengthen application control, and support least-privilege security. You'll contribute across discovery, solution design, implementation, optimisation, and operational uplift.

Please note: due to the nature of our client engagements, applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents to be considered for this role.

What you will do

  • Design and implement CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Assess endpoint privilege models and develop practical approaches that support least privilege.
  • Configure application control, privilege elevation policies, threat protection, and endpoint security controls.
  • Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into secure EPM designs.
  • Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, operational procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
  • Partner with client and internal stakeholders to deliver successful implementations and ongoing optimisation.

What you will bring

  • Proven experience delivering CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager implementations in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint security, least privilege, application control, and endpoint threat mitigation.
  • Experience designing and implementing endpoint privilege management policies and controls.
  • Understanding of Privileged Access Management and broader identity security principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and MECM/SCCM.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and client-facing communication skills.
  • CyberArk Defender - EPM or CyberArk Sentry - EPM certification is highly regarded; relevant cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
  • You will need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible for this role.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
