Job Overview

We are currently sourcing top-tier talent for a Czech Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients regarding complex cybersecurity inquiries and system alerts.

  • Resolve technical challenges involving software protection, account security, and data privacy protocols.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
  • A strong interest in the cybersecurity industry and basic knowledge of digital protection tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with an empathetic approach to customer support.
  • Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.
