Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria, based in the vibrant city of Sofia. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the fast-paced customer support services industry.
  • Represent our premium clients by maintaining high standards of communication in native-level Danish.

  • Collaborate with international teams to maintain quality benchmarks and exceed performance targets.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with our diverse team.
  • Valid EU passport or residency status allowing you to work in Bulgaria.
  • Proven experience in the customer support services industry is considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong empathy, patience, and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
