The posting

Thinking about spending a year abroad? Here's an idea: get paid while doing it – and come home with something useful on your CV.

We're looking for Danish speakers ready to swap the familiar for a new life in Sofia, Bulgaria.

You'll join an international Customer Service team, help customers with digital products and services, and gain hands-on experience with troubleshooting, customer experience and modern support systems.

And no – you don't need a tech degree.

Full training is provided.

So if you've been thinking about a gap year, living abroad or simply doing something completely different for a while, this could be a pretty easy way to turn "maybe someday" into an actual plane ticket.

A Gap Year – Without the Gap on Your CV

Taking a year abroad doesn't have to mean putting your career on pause.

While living in Sofia, you'll build professional experience in:

Customer Service • Digital Products • Troubleshooting • CRM Systems • Problem Solving • International Operations

Skills you can take with you whether you stay abroad, move into another international role or eventually head back home.

And outside work?

That's where the actual living-abroad part begins.

New country. New people. Weekend trips. A completely different everyday life.

Maybe you stay for a year.

Maybe Sofia surprises you and you stay much longer.

There's really only one way to find out.

What Will You Actually Do?

You'll support customers who have questions or need help with digital products and services.

Your day can include:

  • Supporting Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
  • Answering product and service questions
  • Troubleshooting problems and finding practical solutions
  • Working with CRM and ticketing systems
  • Guiding customers through different processes
  • Explaining information clearly and simply
  • Building your product knowledge through ongoing training
  • Working alongside an international team

No previous technical background is required.

Requirements

You don't need a five-page CV.

You don't need years of experience.

And you definitely don't need to have your entire career figured out.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Speaks Danish fluently
  • Has a good level of English
  • Communicates clearly and confidently
  • Enjoys helping people and solving problems
  • Is comfortable learning new technology and systems
  • Can follow processes and work independently
  • Has a customer-focused mindset
  • Is ready to live and work in Sofia, Bulgaria

Most importantly, you're open to learning – and ready to try something new.

Benefits

Finding a job abroad is one thing.

Finding a job, booking a flight, arranging somewhere to stay and figuring out an entirely new country at the same time?

Slightly more stressful.

That's why relocation support is included.

You'll receive:

  • Relocation package
  • Support finding your longer-term home in Sofia
  • Fully paid training
  • Attractive salary
  • Additional health insurance
  • A wide range of additional employee benefits
  • Career development opportunities
  • Continuous learning and support
  • An international working environment

So you can spend slightly less time worrying about logistics – and slightly more time figuring out where you're going for your first Bulgarian dinner.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
