Your Responsibilities

  • Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Help customers with vehicle reservations, booking changes, and rental enquiries.
  • Provide information on rental policies, insurance options, pricing, and available vehicle categories.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Native or fluent Danish with good English communication skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or the automotive industry is an advantage but not required.
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management systems.
  • EU citizenship or the legal right to work in the EU.
