Por encargo de nuestro cliente, estamos realizando esta búsqueda para la posición de: DATA 360 CONSULTANT (DATA CLOUD)

Objetivo del Puesto:

Diseñar e implementar el modelo de datos dentro de Data360 (Data Cloud) —Data Model Objects, identity resolution y calculated insights— que unifica la identidad del cliente entre sistemas fragmentados y alimenta a Agentforce (grounding), Marketing Cloud Personalization (activación) y procesos de integración vía MuleSoft.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y mantener arquitecturas de datos (pipelines, almacenes y lagos de datos).
  • Integrar datos desde múltiples fuentes internas y externas para un repositorio unificado.
  • Optimizar el rendimiento de las bases de datos (indexación, tuning).
  • Implementar medidas de seguridad y cumplimiento (encriptación, gestión de accesos, auditorías).
  • Desarrollar y mantener procesos ETL para asegurar datos limpios y confiables.
  • Diseñar el modelo de datos dentro de Data Cloud (Data Model Objects, mapeo de streams, transformaciones).
  • Configurar y ajustar reglas de identity resolution (determinística y probabilística) y diseñar calculated insights/segmentos que alimentan Agentforce y Marketing Cloud Personalization.

Requirements

Requisitos:

  • Modelado de datos en Data Cloud (Data Model Objects, mapeo de streams y transformaciones).
  • Identity resolution en Data Cloud (determinística y probabilística).
  • Calculated insights y segmentación en Data Cloud.
  • Conocimiento de conectores de ingesta nativos de Data Cloud (CRM, ecommerce, event streams, batch/streaming).
  • Bases de datos y SQL a nivel funcional.
  • Deseable: certificación Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant o experiencia equivalente en plataforma CDP (Segment, Treasure Data, ActionIQ, Amperity).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar REMOTO de Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
