WHO WE ARE

Mojo Supermarket is a fully integrated agency built on the creative philosophy "Break your Brain Good." We create work that rewires the way people think and helps brands solve their biggest business challenges. By combining strategic thinking with bold creative, we deliver ideas that generate outsized business results for clients including TikTok, Burger King, Chase, DoorDash, Ruggable, and more.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Analyst, Data & Analytics who is curious about what data can tell us about people, brands and the work we make — and who knows that the job doesn’t stop at reporting the numbers.

You’ll work across campaign, social, platform and audience data to understand what’s happening, dig into why it’s happening and help turn those findings into clear stories and recommendations for our Strategy, Creative, Account and Social teams.

This is a hands-on role with a lot of room to grow. You’ll build analyses and reporting, work directly with teams and clients, and help us continue developing how Data & Analytics shows up across the agency.

We don’t expect you to arrive having done everything on this job description. We care most about strong analytical instincts, curiosity, clear communication and the ability to learn quickly. If you have a solid foundation in marketing analytics and want to broaden into areas like social intelligence, creator measurement, audience insights and creative effectiveness, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Pull, organize and analyze data across campaigns, platforms, audiences, social/content and other relevant sources.
  • Build reports, dashboards and analyses that make complicated information easy to understand and useful.
  • Look beyond what happened to investigate why it happened, what it means and what we should do next.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, audience behaviors, performance gaps and opportunities.
  • Turn findings into clear insights and recommendations for Strategy, Creative, Account, Social and clients.
  • Partner closely with Strategy and Creative to connect data to briefs, ideas, content, testing and future decisions.
  • Help teams understand how work is performing — and where the data may challenge an assumption or point toward a better question.
  • Contribute to client conversations and grow your ability to present and defend analytical findings.
  • Help develop measurement approaches for accounts and campaigns alongside Strategy leadership.
  • Work with and continue building fluency across areas such as social/content analytics, social listening, audience intelligence and creator measurement.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across reporting and data sources.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, media analytics, measurement, research, insights or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience working with quantitative marketing or audience data.
  • Strong analytical instincts and a desire to understand the story behind the numbers.
  • The ability to move from data → insight → recommendation, not simply report performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can explain complicated information in plain English.
  • Experience in at least one relevant area such as campaign analytics, paid social/digital analytics, audience analysis, social/content analytics or marketing measurement.
  • Comfort working with data in tools such as Excel/Sheets, dashboards, analytics platforms or comparable environments.
  • Curiosity about brands, advertising, social media, culture and creative work.
  • A collaborative mindset and an interest in working closely with Creative, Strategy, Account and Social.
  • Enough confidence to form a point of view — and enough curiosity to change it when the data tells you something new.
  • A willingness to learn capabilities you may not have worked with yet.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Agency or client-facing marketing experience.
  • Experience presenting findings or recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with social listening, audience-intelligence or creator-measurement platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meltwater, GWI, Tubular, Brandwatch, Sprinklr or comparable platforms.
  • Dashboard-building experience.
  • SQL, Python or other analytical/automation skills.
  • Experience analyzing creative or content performance.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • You produce reliable analysis, but you’re also developing a reputation for finding the interesting thing in the data.
  • You ask good questions, spot patterns other people may miss and can explain why a finding matters without burying the team in numbers.
  • Strategy, Creative, Account and Social teams trust you as a thought partner, not simply the person who produces the report.
  • Over time, you expand your fluency across social, audience, creator and measurement disciplines and take on increasingly complex analytical questions.
  • Most importantly, your work helps Mojo make better-informed creative, strategic and business decisions.

WORKING MODEL

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
