Objetivo del Puesto:

Implementar proyectos de Inteligencia de Negocios para el área de Operaciones Corporativo del Grupo Gloria, con experiencia en soluciones analíticas sobre Google Cloud Platform (GCP), siendo deseable también el conocimiento en servicios Microsoft Azure. La reportería y visualización se realizará en Power BI, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares y políticas de gestión de información del Grupo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar y liderar el plan de trabajo técnico para implementar, desplegar, capacitar y estabilizar proyectos y mejoras en GCP, con reporting en Power BI.
  • Diseñar arquitecturas de datos escalables y seguras en BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Composer y Pub/Sub.
  • Definir estándares de modelamiento, calidad, observabilidad, CI/CD e IaC; gestionar documentación, pruebas y control de versiones.
  • Interactuar con usuarios, científicos de datos e ingenieros para priorizar requerimientos, desbloquear dependencias y mentorizar al equipo.
  • Resolver issues productivos en GCP y Power BI, optimizando performance y costo, coordinando escalamiento con proveedores cuando aplique.
  • Mantener el ecosistema corporativo de BI asegurando lineamientos de arquitectura, seguridad y gobierno de información del Grupo.

Requirements

Requisitos:

  • Profesional universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software o carreras afines, con 5 años de experiencia a más en roles similares.
  • Dominio avanzado de GCP para data engineering: BigQuery (modelado, particionado, clustering y optimización), Cloud Storage/BigLake, Dataflow/Apache Beam, Dataproc/Spark, Cloud Composer/Airflow y Pub/Sub.
  • Experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas batch/streaming, lakehouse por capas y gobierno de datos; seguridad con IAM, Service Accounts, Secrets y redes privadas.
  • Desarrollo productivo con SQL y Python, pruebas de calidad de datos, CI/CD, Terraform o IaC.
  • Conocimiento deseable en Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks.
