📋 Data Entry Operator | Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ως Data Entry Operator θα αναλάβεις την αξιολόγηση και καταχώρηση δεδομένων νομικών εγγράφων στα συστήματα της εταιρείας. Παράλληλα, θα είσαι υπεύθυνη/ος για:

  • Την καταχώρηση δεδομένων με βάση συγκεκριμένες οδηγίες και διαδικασίες
  • Τον έλεγχο και την επιβεβαίωση ορθότητας στοιχείων
  • Τη διαχείριση και επεξεργασία νομικών εγγράφων
  • Την ενημέρωση πληροφοριών στα συστήματα καταχώρησης
  • Την τήρηση ακρίβειας και ποιότητας στα δεδομένα

✅ Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Οι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να διαθέτουν:

  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ακρίβεια στην πληκτρολόγηση
  • Ταχύτητα καταχώρησης δεδομένων
  • Βασικές γνώσεις Excel
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης χρόνου
  • Ικανότητα συγκέντρωσης σε επαναλαμβανόμενες εργασίες
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Κατανόηση νομικών κειμένων
  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου ή ανώτερης εκπαίδευσης (επιθυμητό)
