Gathering Littles is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Operations Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and maintaining the integrity of our data systems to support smooth operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in handling data-related tasks. You will be responsible for processing, verifying, and updating data entries, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure data consistency, and assisting in the optimization of data operations procedures. Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data received from various sources.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of all data transactions and changes for auditing purposes.
  • Generate regular reports to monitor data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and implementing improved data management procedures.
  • Respond promptly to data-related inquiries and provide support to relevant teams.
  • Perform routine data backups and support data recovery efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using data management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to analyze data for accuracy and identify discrepancies effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with basic data security practices and confidentiality protocols.
