  • Build predictive and risk models that support actuarial pricing, underwriting, and claims analytics.
  • Explore large claims and policy datasets and collaborate with Data Engineers to deploy models into production and monitor their performance and drift over time.
  • Ensure model outputs are explainable and defensible for investigators, actuaries, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Translate analytical findings into features, KPIs, and insights for BI dashboards and client reporting.
  • Prototype LLM- and agent-based capabilities, such as analytical assistants and automated investigation support tools, as the product roadmap evolves.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and domain experts to transform business requirements into analytical solutions and participate in client workshops focused on data, analytics, and AI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related analytical roles.

  • Strong Python skills, including experience with data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large relational datasets, ideally within Oracle environments.
  • Experience applying anomaly detection, outlier detection, or similar unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Experience deploying analytical models into production environments or regular business operations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Desired Skills

  • Experience working with health insurance, healthcare, or claims data.
  • Exposure to actuarial, pricing, or underwriting concepts.
  • Experience in fraud detection, graph analytics, network analysis, and model explainability techniques (e.g., SHAP).
  • Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle ML/AI capabilities, such as Oracle Machine Learning (OML) or AI Vector Search.
  • Experience with OCI or another major cloud platform.
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and FastAPI for model deployment and serving.

Benefits

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
