What Your Work Routine Looks Like

You’ll be the online savior for Japanese-speaking users, helping them solve daily digital hurdles on one of the world’s favorite cloud storage platforms.

  • Digital Customer Interaction: Connect with users across Chat, Email, and Calls.
  • Cool Tech Problem-Solving: Help users troubleshoot tricky file syncing issues, perform digital file restorations, and resolve account access requests.
  • Quick Resolutions: Guide clients through billing questions and process payments or refunds.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Journey

  • EU Passport / Citizenship: Must hold EU citizenship (or valid full work rights in Greece).
  • Languages: C1/Native level Japanese + conversational English (B2) for training sessions and internal tools.
  • Tech & Communication: Strong written communication skills, typing speed of $\ge35$ wpm, solid PC knowledge, and familiarity with cloud storage.
  • Night Owl Mindset: Ready to rock night shifts so you can own the daytime!
