Την περίοδο αυτή αναζητούμε Delivery & Operations Specialist για τις εγκαταστάσεις μας στην Παλλήνη.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Τελικός Ποιοτικός Έλεγχος (Pre-Delivery Inspection): Διεξαγωγή σχολαστικού ελέγχου στο όχημα πριν την παράδοση στον πελάτη (καθαριότητα, πληρότητα αξεσουάρ, έλεγχος λειτουργιών, στάθμη καυσίμου/φόρτισης).
  • Διαχείριση Εγγράφων & Πινακίδων: Συντονισμός και διεκπεραίωση εξωτερικών εργασιών (παραλαβή/τοποθέτηση πινακίδων, KΤΕΟ)
  • Operational Υποστήριξη Hub: Διαχείριση των μετακινήσεων των οχημάτων εντός και εκτός των εγκαταστάσεων της εταιρείας.
  • Ετοιμασία Παράδοσης: Διασφάλιση ότι το αυτοκίνητο βρίσκεται στην άρτια κατάσταση που υπόσχεται η Spotawheel τη στιγμή της παράδοσης στον τελικό αγοραστή.
  • Συνεργασία με Τμήματα: Επικοινωνία με τα τμήματα Sales, Operations και Aftersales για τη διασφάλιση της τήρησης των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων παράδοσης.

Requirements

  • Απαραίτητη κατοχή διπλώματος οδήγησης Β' κατηγορίας (με άνεση στην οδήγηση διαφορετικών τύπων οχημάτων).
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση Fleet Operational Support, Car Rental, Logistics ή σε αντιπροσωπεία αυτοκινήτων (θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα).
  • Εξαιρετική παρατηρητικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και προσήλωση στην ποιότητα.
  • Υψηλό αίσθημα υπευθυνότητας, συνέπειας και οργανωτικότητας.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα.
  • Βασική γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ και smartphone εφαρμογών.
