Müller's Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Demand Generation Senior Specialist. This key role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand and foster customer relationships. As a member of our dynamic marketing team, you will be instrumental in creating initiatives that generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and contribute to achieving our sales goals.

Your expertise in demand generation will be essential in identifying target audiences, measuring campaign effectiveness, and continuously optimizing efforts to improve overall performance. This position requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive new business and customer engagement.
  • Analyze and track campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and to support lead follow-up efforts.
  • Create high-quality, targeted content to engage potential customers across various platforms.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the buyer's journey.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing.
  • Report on metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in demand generation or digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful demand generation programs.
  • Proficient with marketing automation software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to measuring campaign success.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams with a positive attitude.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing tactics.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
