The posting

We are looking for a Demand Planner Specialist to join a fast-growing technology company and play a key role in optimizing demand forecasting, inventory availability, and supply planning.

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, seasonality, and business plans.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and demand data to identify trends, gaps, and potential supply risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align demand and inventory plans.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment actions to maintain healthy stock availability.
  • Track forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting methodologies.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand planning.
  • Prepare regular demand planning reports and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Identify potential overstock, stock-out, and slow-moving inventory risks and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of forecasting and inventory planning principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems such as Odoo is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, electronics, or fast-moving consumer products is preferred.
