Программа Dentons Newly Qualified Lawyer Program («DNQLP») предназначена для выпускников ВУЗов текущего года обучения, а также двух предыдущих лет и предлагает Вам пройти оплачиваемую стажировку в казахстанском офисе международной юридической фирмы Dentons.

При успешном прохождении стажировки Вы можете стать частью нашей сплоченной и сильнейшей команды на рынке юридических услуг в Казахстане.

Стажеры получат уникальную возможность поработать бок о бок с ведущими юристами Казахстана, являющимися экспертами в следующих областях права:

  • банковское дело и финансы;
  • корпоративное право, слияния и поглощения;
  • судебные споры и арбитраж;
  • энергетика и природные ресурсы;
  • недвижимость и строительство;
  • налоговое право;
  • трудовое право;
  • интеллектуальная собственность и технологии и много других.

К участию в наборе допускаются следующие кандидаты

  • выпускники ВУЗов текущего года обучения;
  • юристы с опытом работы в юридическом консалтинге или корпоративном секторе до двух лет;
  • уверенно владеющие письменным и устным английским языком (рекомендуемый минимальный уровень владения - IELTS 6.0 overall);
  • с хорошим знанием казахстанского гражданского права;
  • быстро и легко адаптирующиеся к новой среде, готовые обучаться и справляться с различными задачами.
  • 3 месяца стажировки (с 1 июля по 30 сентября 2024 года) с возможностью продления на последующие три месяца по усмотрению Dentons;
  • возможность участия в реальных проектах по оказанию юридических услуг клиентам;
  • программа менторства;
  • возможность обучения soft skills, необходимых современным юристам, на ресурсах Dentons у авторитетных экспертов и тренеров;
  • участие в семинарах Dentons Academy, где приобретете более глубокие знания по практическим аспектам гражданского права.

Что вы получаете Ключевые этапы набора:

  • 1 этап: заполнение Анкеты и подача документов
  • 2 этап: тесты (по знанию права, личностный тест и тест на знание английского языка для кандидатов без наличия IELTS cертификата выше 6.0)
  • 3 этап: интервью
