Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil analítico, visão de negócio e forte capacidade técnica para atuar em projetos de dados de ponta a ponta, contribuindo para a evolução da nossa plataforma de dados e das decisões orientadas por informação.

Resumo da área:

Como Analista de Backend, você será responsável por desenvolver e sustentar soluções que conectam dados, sistemas e áreas de negócio, atuando na construção de pipelines, integrações, automações e projetos analíticos. A posição combina programação, engenharia de dados e Business Intelligence, com participação ativa em iniciativas de Inteligência Artificial e evolução da plataforma de dados da empresa.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e manter pipelines de dados, integrações e fluxos automatizados utilizando Python e SQL;
  • Construir soluções de automação de processos visando ganhos de eficiência, escalabilidade e redução de retrabalho;
  • Monitorar, diagnosticar e corrigir falhas em processos, integrações e rotinas de dados;
  • Desenvolver integrações com APIs, bancos de dados e sistemas internos;
  • Garantir a qualidade, confiabilidade e governança dos dados utilizados pelas áreas de negócio;
  • Desenvolver dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e indicadores estratégicos em Power BI;
  • Atuar em projetos de engenharia de dados, analytics e inteligência artificial;
  • Participar da modelagem e estruturação de bases de dados para suportar análises e automações;
  • Documentar soluções, processos e arquiteturas de dados seguindo boas práticas de desenvolvimento;
  • Atuar em parceria com stakeholders para transformar necessidades de negócio em soluções tecnológicas escaláveis.

Requirements

  • Experiência em Programação, Engenharia de Dados, Business Intelligence ou áreas correlatas;
  • Domínio de Python e SQL;
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento de automações e processamento de dados;
  • Conhecimento em modelagem, transformação e validação de dados;
  • Experiência com Power BI ou ferramentas de visualização de dados;
  • Conhecimento em ambientes Cloud, preferencialmente Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery e Dataform);
  • Conhecimento em integração de sistemas e consumo de APIs.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com projetos de Inteligência Artificial ou Machine Learning;
  • Conhecimento em Power Automate e automação de processos;
  • Experiência com GitHub e versionamento de código;
  • Vivência no mercado financeiro (crédito, investimentos ou Wealth Management);
  • Conhecimento em construção e manutenção de pipelines.
