Wir suchen mutige deutschsprachige Talente, die nicht nur Urlaub machen wollen, sondern ab dem 11. September ein neues Kapitel in Sofia aufschlagen möchten. Du unterstützt die Nutzer eines der weltweit größten App- & Digital-Ökosysteme.

Deine Aufgaben im Alltag:

  • Kunden begeistern: Du hilfst deutschsprachigen Nutzern per Telefon, Chat und E-Mail bei Fragen zu App-Käufen, Familienfreigaben, digitalen Büchern, Filmen und Bezahldiensten (Play Store, gPay, Google for Families etc.).
  • Kreative Lösungssuche: Du führst Nutzer Schritt für Schritt durch einfache, nicht-technische Fehlerbehebungen mithilfe moderner CRM-Systeme und Wissensdatenbanken.
  • Good Vibes verbreiten: Mit deiner empathischen Art verwandelst du kleine technische Hürden in entspannte Kundenerlebnisse.

Requirements

  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau oder verhandlungssicher (C1/C2) + gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+).
  • Erfahrung: Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Callcenter, Einzelhandel oder der Gastronomie (damit du weißt, worauf es im Kundenkontakt ankommt).
  • Arbeitserlaubnis: EU-Pass oder eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Bulgarien.
  • Relocation-Mindset: Echte Motivation, für einen langfristigen Karriereschritt ab dem 11.09. nach Sofia zu ziehen (oder du wohnst bereits vor Ort).
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zu einer 40-Stunden-Woche im Schichtsystem zwischen 09:00 und 22:00 Uhr (Montag bis Sonntag).
  • Digital-Affinität: Du nutzt Smartphones und Apps ganz selbstverständlich im Alltag.
