Als Customer Service Officer bist du die Stimme unserer Bank für den deutschen Markt. Du begleitest unsere Kunden durch ihre gesamte „Financial Journey“ – vom ersten Antrag bis hin zur langfristigen Kontoverwaltung. Dies ist deine Chance, in einem dynamischen, multikulturellen Fintech-Umfeld so richtig durchzustarten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenberatung: Du betreust unsere deutschsprachigen Kunden professionell und herzlich via Telefon, E-Mail und SMS.
  • Onboarding: Du unterstützt neue Kunden beim Anmeldeprozess und prüfst die notwendigen Dokumente für unsere Finanzprodukte.
  • Expertenrolle: Du wirst zum Profi für unsere Kredit- und Kartenprodukte und beantwortest Fragen kompetent und präzise.
  • Teamarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit den Kollegen aus dem Zahlungsverkehr und dem Forderungsmanagement zusammen, um ein perfektes Kundenerlebnis zu schaffen.
  • Organisation: Du pflegst Kundendaten gewissenhaft in unserem CRM-System und behältst den Überblick.

Requirements

  • Sprachgenie: Dein Deutsch ist auf Muttersprachen- oder C1-Niveau (Wort und Schrift).
  • Kommunikation: Du sprichst gut Englisch, um dich mit deinen internationalen Kollegen im Büro auszutauschen.
  • Erfahrung: Du hast idealerweise schon im Kundenservice, im Vertrieb oder in der Gastronomie gearbeitet. Erfahrung im Finanzbereich ist ein tolles Extra!
  • IT-Skills: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, besonders in Excel.
  • Arbeitserlaubnis: Du besitzt einen EU-Reisepass oder hast bereits eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Malta.
  • Spirit: Du bist ein Teamplayer mit einer positiven „Can-Do“-Einstellung und hast Spaß am Lösen von Problemen.
