Deine Aufgaben:

Als Kundenberater (m/w/d) bist du die Stimme unseres Partners für den deutschen Markt:

  • Kundenberatung & Support: Du betreust Kunden fallabschließend via Telefon und E-Mail im Bereich Kraftfahrzeugversicherungen.
  • Angebots- & Datenpflege: Du erstellst Angebote für Verbundzeilen (Haftpflicht, Unfall, Sach- und Rechtsschutz) direkt aus den Kundengesprächen heraus (Cross-Selling).
  • Präzises Datenmanagement: Du bearbeitest Adressänderungen, Kontoänderungen und SEPA-Mandate und loggst Verträge fehlerfrei in unserem System ein.
  • Terminkoordination: Du vereinbarst Termine für die Rentenberatung (VORC) und unterstützt Kunden bei der Registrierung im digitalen Self-Service-Bereich.

Requirements

  • Sprachgenies: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau (in Wort und Schrift) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) für das interne Training.
  • Empathie & Kommunikation: Du besitzt stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Versicherungsthemen einfach erklären.
  • Lösungsorientierung: Du bleibst auch in herausfordernden Gesprächen ruhig, empathisch und professionell.
  • PC-Versiertheit: Sicherer Umgang mit Windows, Browsern (Chrome) und CRM-Systemen sowie eine Tippgeschwindigkeit von mindestens 25 wpm.
  • Formalia: Mindestens ein Realschulabschluss/Abitur (oder gleichwertig) sowie eine gültige EU-Staatsbürgerschaft (EU-Pass/ID).
