Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenservice auf Deutsch per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
  • Unterstützung bei Fragen zu Produkten, Konten oder Dienstleistungen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Problemlösungen
  • Dokumentation der Kundenkontakte im System
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit

Requirements

  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C1–C2)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
  • Kommunikationsstärke und serviceorientiertes Denken
  • Grundlegende Computerkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
