Als Player Support Specialist bist du die Anlaufstelle für Spieler, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert oder sie Hilfe benötigen.

Du wirst:

  • Deutschsprachige Spieler hauptsächlich per E-Mail unterstützen
  • Bei Account-, Gameplay- und technischen Fragen helfen

  • Für ein positives Spielerlebnis sorgen
