Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un/a DevOps Cloud Engineer que nos ayude a diseñar, automatizar y mantener una infraestructura cloud segura, escalable y eficiente.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de fortalecer la integración entre Google Cloud Platform (GCP), implementando prácticas de infraestructura como código, automatización y CI/CD. Su trabajo será clave para optimizar la seguridad, el rendimiento, la disponibilidad y los costos de nuestra plataforma tecnológica.

Buscamos a alguien con experiencia práctica en ambientes cloud y plataformas de datos, capacidad para resolver problemas y motivación por construir soluciones confiables dentro de un entorno fintech en crecimiento.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, implementar y mantener infraestructura en Google Cloud Platform.
  • Automatizar el aprovisionamiento y la configuración de infraestructura utilizando Terraform y prácticas de Infrastructure as Code.
  • Diseñar, implementar y mantener pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Gestionar ambientes contenerizados con Docker y Kubernetes, especialmente GKE.
  • Desarrollar scripts de automatización en Python y Bash.
  • Configurar y administrar accesos, roles y permisos mediante IAM.
  • Implementar buenas prácticas de networking, seguridad cloud y protección de datos.
  • Monitorear la disponibilidad, el rendimiento y la estabilidad de los servicios.
  • Identificar oportunidades para optimizar el uso de recursos y los costos de infraestructura.
  • Investigar y resolver incidentes relacionados con infraestructura, despliegues e integraciones.
  • Colaborar con equipos de Data Engineering, Data Platforms, MLOps y desarrollo.
  • Documentar configuraciones, procesos operativos y procedimientos de recuperación.

Requirements

  • Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia en DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering o posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia práctica y comprobable trabajando con Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Conocimiento de infraestructura, redes, seguridad e IAM en GCP.
  • Experiencia implementando infraestructura como código con Terraform.
  • Experiencia creando y administrando pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Manejo de al menos una herramienta como GitHub Actions, GitLab CI o Jenkins.
  • Experiencia con Docker y Kubernetes; se valorará especialmente el conocimiento de GKE.
  • Dominio de scripting y automatización con Python y Bash.
  • Conocimiento de Git y buenas prácticas de control de versiones.
  • Capacidad para diagnosticar problemas técnicos y responder ante incidentes.

Será un plus contar con:

  • Experiencia en Data Platforms, Data Engineering o MLOps.
  • Experiencia práctica o conocimientos de Snowflake
  • Experiencia previa en fintech, banca digital o entornos tecnológicos regulados.
