  • Optimize cloud architecture for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Support production infrastructure and disaster recovery planning.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  • Build and maintain infrastructure using:
  • Terraform
  • AWS CloudFormation
  • Pulumi
  • Manage infrastructure through version-controlled deployments.
  • Standardize infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
  • Continuously improve automation and infrastructure consistency.

CI/CD & Automation

  • GitHub Actions
  • Jenkins
  • GitLab CI/CD
  • Automate application deployments, testing, and release workflows.
  • Improve deployment speed while maintaining reliability.
  • Reduce manual operational tasks through automation.

Containers & Kubernetes

  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using:
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
  • Maintain scalable and resilient Kubernetes clusters.
  • Optimize container orchestration and workload performance.
  • Support application scalability across multiple environments.

Monitoring & Reliability

  • Implement monitoring and observability using:
  • Prometheus
  • Grafana
  • Elasticsearch
  • Monitor infrastructure health and application performance.
  • Investigate incidents and resolve production issues quickly.
  • Improve system uptime, alerting, and operational visibility.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Multi-cloud infrastructure experience.
  • Experience supporting high-traffic or high-availability applications.
  • Familiarity with microservices architectures.
  • Cloud cost optimization experience.
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and platform engineering.

Interview Process

  1. Initial Phone Screen
  2. Spark Hire Intro Video (3–5 minutes)
  3. Technical Interview
  4. Final Client Interview
  5. Offer & Background Verification

What Happens After You Apply

Right after you apply, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to record your Intro Video. This short, self-recorded video is the next step that completes your application and can be recorded whenever it’s convenient for you.

Instead of repeating yourself across multiple screening calls, you’ll introduce yourself once, and your video will be shared with the hiring team. This helps the team evaluate your communication style early, making future interviews more meaningful and reducing unnecessary interview rounds.

Don’t overthink it—you can record your video as many times as you’d like before submitting it. Only your final submission will be reviewed.

Please keep an eye on both your inbox and spam folder for your Spark Hire invitation after submitting your application.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
