Stiamo ampliando l’area Digital Advertising e cerchiamo una persona per il ruolo di Digital Advertising Specialist che voglia mettere a terra strategie di investimento efficaci, gestire budget sfidanti ed evolvere costantemente le proprie competenze in un ambiente dinamico, flessibile e collaborativo.

Ruolo

Entrando nel nostro team sarai il punto di riferimento per l’esecuzione e l’ottimizzazione delle strategie adv dei clienti assegnati. In particolare ti occuperai di:

  • Gestione Operativa: Setup, gestione budget e ottimizzazione costante di campagne Search, Social Advertising e Display (con focus principale su Google Ads e Meta Ads).
  • Data Analysis & Insight: Monitoraggio e analisi dei dati di performance per trasformare i KPI numerici in decisioni e raccomandazioni strategiche per i clienti.
  • Relazione e Teamwork: Collaborazione attiva con i colleghi del team Digital Advertising e interfaccia con i clienti per condividere risultati, roadmap e nuove opportunità di crescita.
  • Strategia e Media Planning: Sviluppo e pianificazione della strategia di investimento del budget sui principali canali digitali.
  • AI & Automation: Utilizzo sperimentale e quotidiano di strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale per ottimizzare processi, analisi dati e creazione/gestione delle campagne adv

Requirements

Sei la persona che stiamo cercando se hai:

  • Esperienza pratica e padronanza nell'uso di Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads
  • Spiccata attitudine analitica e passione per la lettura e interpretazione dei dati.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare MS Excel.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2).
  • Laurea o Diploma Universitario (in discipline sia tecniche sia umanistiche).

Caratteristiche Personali:

  • Forte curiosità per l'ecosistema digital, l'innovazione e i nuovi trend del settore.
  • Interesse verso i Tool di AI: Naturale curiosità ed entusiasmo nell'esplorare e integrare strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale nel flusso di lavoro quotidiano (dall'analisi dati all'ottimizzazione adv).
  • Autonomia organizzativa, attenzione al dettaglio e orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
  • Ottime doti relazionali e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.

Nice to Have:

  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni all’interno di Centri Media o Agenzie di Digital Marketing.
  • Conoscenza di Google Analytics.
  • Esperienza su altre piattaforme adv (Linkedin Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat) o nell'uso di Bid Manager (Search Ads 360).

Cosa offriamo

Contratto di assunzione CCNL Commercio, range retributivo 24.000-32.000 euro lordi annui.
