✅ Θα συμμετέχεις στον σχεδιασμό, τον συντονισμό και την υλοποίηση digital marketing campaigns.

✅ Θα κατανοείς τους εμπορικούς και επικοινωνιακούς στόχους κάθε ενέργειας, προτείνοντας την κατάλληλη προσέγγιση για το κοινό στο οποίο απευθυνόμαστε.

✅ Θα δημιουργείς σαφή και ολοκληρωμένα creative briefs για την ομάδα των designers και των υπόλοιπων δημιουργικών συνεργατών.

✅ Θα αξιολογείς τα δημιουργικά υλικά από πλευράς marketing, επικοινωνίας και καταλληλότητας για τα διαφορετικά digital κανάλια, διασφαλίζοντας ότι ανταποκρίνονται στις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και στις βέλτιστες πρακτικές των ψηφιακών μέσων.

✅ Θα συμμετέχεις στη δημιουργία, διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση διαφημιστικών καμπανιών στα social media, κυρίως μέσω Meta Ads Manager.

✅ Θα παρακολουθείς βασικά digital marketing KPIs και θα συμβάλλεις στην αξιολόγηση της απόδοσης των ενεργειών.

✅ Θα συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες Design, Content, Performance Marketing και eCommerce, διασφαλίζοντας τη συνοχή και την ποιότητα της επικοινωνίας μας.

Requirements

Πώς κάνεις match μαζί μας;

🎯 Έχεις Πτυχίο Marketing, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Διοικητικής Επιστήμης και Τεχνολογίας ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.

🎯 Έχεις τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε Digital Marketing, Campaign Management ή αντίστοιχη θέση Marketing.

🎯 Γνωρίζεις τις βασικές αρχές του Marketing, τη διαφημιστική επικοινωνία, τη συμπεριφορά του καταναλωτή και το digital marketing οικοσύστημα, από τα κανάλια και τα formats μέχρι τις προδιαγραφές τους.

🎯 Έχεις πρακτική εμπειρία στη δημιουργία και διαχείριση social media ads, ιδιαίτερα στο Meta Ads Manager.

🎯 Μπορείς να συντάσσεις δημιουργικά briefs και αξιολογήσεις διαφημιστικού περιεχομένου.

🎯 Κατανοείς βασικά Digital Marketing KPIs, όπως Reach, Impressions, Engagement Rate, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate και ROAS, και μπορείς να αναλύεις αποτελέσματα και να εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης.

🎯 Διαθέτεις καλές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα.

🎯 Έχεις πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.

🎯 Παρακολουθείς τις εξελίξεις στο Digital Marketing, ενδιαφέρεσαι για τις νέες τεχνολογίες και την αξιοποίηση εργαλείων AI και θέλεις να μαθαίνεις και να εξελίσσεσαι διαρκώς.

🎯 Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία όπως Google Analytics 4, Google Ads και Looker Studio, πιστοποιήσεις Digital Marketing (Google Skillshop, Meta Blueprint) και εμπειρία σε eCommerce ή Retail θα εκτιμηθούν.
