  • Digital Channels & Content Publishing
  • Partner closely with the Media & Communications Manager to brainstorm fresh campaign ideas, monitor emerging social media trends, and produce engaging organic content across digital platforms.
  • Build, launch, and manage targeted paid social media campaigns that directly drive program growth, expand grassroots participation, and advance strategic organizational priorities under the guidance of the Director of Marketing.
  • Perform routine website updates (i.e. tennisintheparks.com), page builds, and calendar maintenance on our Content Management System (AEM/WordPress).
  • Assemble and format monthly digital newsletters, promotional blasts, and community announcements.
  • Operations, Events & Analytics
  • Track digital campaign KPIs (web, social, email) and deliver engagement reporting to help optimize channel tactics.
  • Support on-site marketing logistics, collateral deliveries, photography, and short-form video capture at key regional events and tournaments.
  • Process and log incoming departmental marketing invoices to ensure timely payments to external vendors and print suppliers.

Requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
