Αναζητάμε το νέο μας στέλεχος για τη θέση Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & International Content Focus), με έδρα τον Άγιο Στέφανο.

Ο Ρόλος σου στην Ομάδα μας

Ως Digital Marketing Specialist, θα αναλάβεις τη διαχείριση της ψηφιακής παρουσίας των προϊόντων μας, τη στρατηγική περιεχομένου (SEO/GEO) και την υλοποίηση digital καμπανιών, με έμφαση στην υποστήριξη και ανάπτυξη των αγορών του εξωτερικού! Η θέση αυτή προσφέρει σημαντικές ευκαιρίες αυτόνομης διαχείρισης έργων (Category & Brand Ownership) και ταχείας επαγγελματικής εξέλιξης.

Τι θα κάνεις στην καθημερινότητά σου

  • SEO & GEO Strategy: Εφαρμόζεις στρατηγικές SEO (On/Off page, Technical, Content) και βελτιστοποιείς το περιεχόμενο για μηχανές αναζήτησης AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude κ.ά.).
  • Content, Site & Social Media Management: Διαχειρίζεσαι και ανανεώνεις το περιεχόμενο των ιστοσελίδων/CMS (product & landing pages) με UX προσανατολισμό, ενώ σχεδιάζεις και τρέχεις το οργανικό περιεχόμενο στα Social Media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Paid Campaigns & Performance: Σχεδιάζεις, υλοποιείς και βελτιστοποιείς καμπάνιες σε Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Native Content, Email & CRM Marketing, παρακολουθώντας τους βασικούς δείκτες απόδοσης (ROAS, CTR, Engagement Rate, Conversions).
  • Internationalization & Reporting: Προσαρμόζεις (localization) το περιεχόμενο και τις καμπανιές στις ανάγκες των διεθνών αγορών και παρακολουθείς/αναφέρεις τα δεδομένα απόδοσης μέσω GA4, Search Console & analytics εργαλείων.

Requirements

Τι αναζητούμε

  • Προϋπηρεσία: Τουλάχιστον 4 – 5 έτη αποδεδειγμένης εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο Digital Marketing (Agency ή In-house) με εξειδίκευση στο SEO και γνώση στα Social Media Platforms
  • SEO & Digital Tools: Πολύ καλή γνώση εργαλείων SEO (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console), CMS (WordPress, Shopify) και διαχείρισης Google & Meta Ads.
  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία επεξεργασίας βίντεο/εικόνας (Canva, CapCut, Adobe) και άνεση στη συγγραφή ελκυστικών κειμένων σε Ελληνικά & Αγγλικά.
  • Γλώσσες: Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (απαραίτητη για την επικοινωνία με τις αγορές εξωτερικού).
  • Soft Skills: Data-driven mindset, αναλυτική σκέψη, δημιουργικότητα, οργανωτικότητα και διάθεση για συνεχή εξέλιξη.
