Ihre Aufgaben – verantwortungsvoll & abwechslungsreich

  • Selbstständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für einen festen Mandantenstamm
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Mandanten zu abrechnungsrelevanten und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Pflege von Personalstammdaten sowie Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen
  • Kommunikation mit Sozialversicherungsträgern und Behörden
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten in der Kanzlei

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohn & Gehalt
  • Berufserfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung, gern aus Kanzlei oder Steuerberatung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Abrechnungssoftware (z. B. DATEV) und digitalen Prozessen
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Freude am Mandantenkontakt
  • Offenheit für neue Tools, moderne Arbeitsweisen und flexible Modelle
