We work with sellers facing foreclosure, inherited properties, divorce, relocation, or homes that need repairs — and we make the process simple, respectful, and stress-free.

About the Role As a Direct Acquisition Agent, you are the first point of contact with motivated sellers. You'll be handed warm leads and trusted to turn conversations into contracts — touring homes, running comps, estimating repairs, and making confident offers on the spot. No cold calling. No license required. Just strong people skills, sharp instincts, and a drive to close. This is a hybrid role with a mix of field-based property visits and in-office time for training, huddles, and team collaboration.

Requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Work warm, inbound leads — no cold calling required
  • Tour properties, run comparable sales, and estimate repair budgets accurately
  • Make confident, on-the-spot offers and negotiate contracts that work for both sellers and the business
  • Manage your pipeline and keep the CRM updated throughout every deal
  • Coordinate handoffs to the closing team and maintain clear communication throughout
  • Participate in daily huddles and weekly skill development sessions

What You Bring

  • A motivated, accountable mindset — you show up, follow through, and own your numbers
  • Sales experience in any industry; real estate background is a plus but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort navigating tough or emotional conversations
  • No fear of rejection — you hear "no" as part of the process, not the end of it
  • Willingness to learn systems, scripts, and processes and put them to work consistently
