The posting

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Directeur Commercial dynamique spécialisé dans les biens de consommation courante (FMCG) pour rejoindre notre équipe . Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous serez chargé(e) de définir et d'exécuter la stratégie commerciale de notre portefeuille de produits, d'accroître notre part de marché et de maximiser les revenus. Ce poste exige un excellent sens des affaires et une capacité à motiver votre équipe pour atteindre et surpasser les objectifs de vente.

Responsibilities

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie commerciale globale pour le secteur FMCG.
  • Gérer et diriger l'équipe commerciale pour maximiser les performances et atteindre les objectifs de vente.
  • Analyser les tendances du marché et les comportements des consommateurs pour ajuster les stratégies.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de marketing pour concevoir des campagnes efficaces qui stimulent les ventes.
  • Établir des relations solides avec les distributeurs et les détaillants pour élargir notre réseau de vente.
  • Assurer la formation et le développement de l'équipe de vente pour améliorer leurs compétences.
  • Évaluer les résultats des ventes et fournir des rapports réguliers à la direction.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités pour l'expansion des produits et du marché.

Requirements

  • Diplôme en Commerce, Marketing ou domaine connexe ; un Master est un atout.
  • Minimum de 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans un poste de direction commerciale, de préférence dans le secteur FMCG.
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion d'équipes et l'atteinte des objectifs de performance.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en Leadership.
  • Bonne connaissance des canaux de distribution et des stratégies de vente FMCG.
  • Orienté résultats avec des compétences analytiques solides.
  • Maîtrise des outils commerciaux modernes et des logiciels de gestion de la relation client (CRM).
