Vous êtes un expert confirmé, prêt à relever des défis stratégiques de haut niveau ? En tant que Directeur de Comptes, vous serez le garant de la satisfaction de vos clients, de la rentabilité des projets et du développement commercial global.

Vos missions :

Partenaire stratégique et visionnaire 🤝

· En étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles, vous dirigerez les relations avec des clients stratégiques, en veillant à l’alignement des projets avec leurs objectifs à long terme.

· Élaborez des plans d’action pour anticiper leurs besoins et leur proposer des solutions novatrices.

Catalyseur de croissance globale 📈

· Supervisez les stratégies d’upsell et de cross-sell pour maximiser les opportunités commerciales.

· Identifiez de nouveaux marchés et axes de développement en collaboration avec les équipes dirigeantes.

Pilote financier et gestionnaire de haut niveau 💰

· Garantissez la rentabilité des projets et proposez des plans d’optimisation à fort impact.

· Analysez les résultats financiers globaux, définissez les KPIs stratégiques et veillez à leur atteinte.

Requirements

Profil recherché :

· Diplômé d’une grande école de commerce, avec une expérience confirmée de plus de 5 ans dans un poste similaire.

· Leadership stratégique : Capacité à gérer des clients stratégiques et des projets complexes.

· Expertise financière : Maîtrise parfaite de la gestion budgétaire et des indicateurs de performance.

· Langues : Français et anglais parfaitement maîtrisés (C1).

· Goût pour l'aventure : Vous appréciez les voyages et les échanges multiculturels. Ce poste vous offrira l’opportunité de rencontrer nos équipes opérationnelles et nos clients à travers toute la région FR : France, Maroc, Algérie, Tunisie, Bénin, Côte d’Ivoire, Sénégal, Madagascar, et Île Maurice. Ces déplacements représentent environ 20 % de votre temps de travail.
