Nous recherchons un Directeur Financement pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et stratégique. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de l'ensemble des activités de financement de notre entreprise, y compris la recherche de financements, la structuration des obligations financières et la gestion des relations avec les investisseurs. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience dans le financement d'entreprise, une excellente compréhension des marchés financiers et des compétences en négociation. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la mise en œuvre de nos stratégies de croissance, en garantissant l'optimisation de nos ressources financières.

Responsibilities

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de financement alignées sur les objectifs de l'entreprise
  • Identifier et évaluer les opportunités de financement pour soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise
  • Négocier et structurer des financements avec des banques, des investisseurs et d'autres parties prenantes
  • Évaluer les risques financiers et élaborer des stratégies de mitigation
  • Superviser l'analyse financière et les prévisions pour soutenir alors les décisions d'investissement
  • Gérer les relations avec les investisseurs et communiquer en permanence sur la performance financière de l'entreprise
  • Rédiger des rapports financiers sur les activités de financement pour présentation à la direction et au conseil d'administration
  • Veiller à la conformité des processus de financement avec les réglementations en vigueur

Requirements

  • Expérience avérée en financement d'entreprise, avec minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire
  • Solides compétences analytiques et en modélisation financière
  • Excellentes capacités de négociation
  • Bonne compréhension des instruments financiers et des marchés de capitaux
  • Compétences en gestion d'équipe et en communication
  • Maitrise de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, est indispensable
  • Un diplôme en finance, en économie ou dans un domaine connexe est requis
