Apave recrute pour un acteur majeur du secteur bancaire un Directeur Grandes Entreprises et Institutionnels (GEI) basé à Douala.

Portée stratégique du poste

Membre clé de la dynamique commerciale et opérationnelle, le titulaire du poste incarne la vision stratégique de la banque sur le marché des Grandes Entreprises et Institutionnels. En prise directe avec la Direction Générale, il définit et déploie les orientations commerciales majeures, développe des partenariats avec des acteurs économiques hautement stratégiques, et orchestre les synergies transversales avec la Salle de Marchés et les entités CIB du Groupe. Garant de l'équilibre fondamental entre rentabilité et maîtrise des risques, ce rôle de haut niveau impulse la performance globale du portefeuille corporate.

Missions principales

  • Orientation stratégique & commerciale : Contribuer à la définition de la politique commerciale sur le marché GEI, élaborer les stratégies par portefeuille et piloter l'activité pour atteindre les objectifs de PNB, d'encours et de flux.
  • Développement & Influence : Prospecter, originer des opportunités de deals et assurer une présence forte ainsi que la représentation de la banque auprès de la clientèle grands comptes et institutionnels.
  • Management & Leadership : Encadrer, superviser et développer les compétences des Seniors Bankers et chargés d'affaires de l'entité.
  • Offre & Financements : Superviser la conception d'offres de produits adaptées (financements structurés, banque transactionnelle).
  • Gestion des risques & Conformité : Appuyer et défendre les dossiers de crédit devant les instances décisionnelles, contrôler la solvabilité des clients, piloter le dispositif de contrôle interne, d'audit et de conformité.

Requirements

  • Formation : Bac +5 en Banque et Finances, Commerce ou Actions commerciales.
  • Expérience : Minimum 15 ans d'expérience professionnelle, dont au moins 10 ans dans les activités de corporate banking avec des responsabilités managériales.
  • Expertise métier : Maîtrise de l'analyse financière, des risques de crédit entreprises, des financements structurés et de la banque transactionnelle.
  • Connaissance du marché : Excellente connaissance du marché bancaire GEI et de son environnement juridique et réglementaire au Cameroun. Une expérience similaire sur ce marché est un atout.
  • Langues : Parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
  • Aptitudes : Qualités relationnelles de haut niveau, vision stratégique, posture, maturité et fort sens de l'organisation.
